Robbins Friends of the Park is a community-based organization dedicated to supporting the programs, facilities, and initiatives of the Robbins Park District. Through events, fundraising, and volunteer engagement, we help ensure our parks remain vibrant, inclusive, and accessible for all residents.

Robbins Friends of the Park proudly supports and collaborates with the Robbins Park District. While the Park District delivers programs and services, the Friends of the Park provide additional support to help expand impact, meet the needs and opportunities for the community.

Robbins Friends of the Park hosts and supports a variety of community events throughout the year, all designed to bring families together and strengthen community connections.
Signature Event: Breakfast with Santa & Toy Giveaway
Our largest and most beloved annual event is Breakfast with Santa, which includes a holiday meal and toy giveaway for children and families in the community.
This event ensures that Robbins children experience the joy of the holiday season while creating lasting family memories in a safe, welcoming environment.

Both Mable Lindsey Park (3817 W 137th St.) and Henry “Maurice” Nesbit Sr. Memorial Park (13724 S Trumbull Ave.) are open daily from dawn to dusk.
Parks remain open year-round, weather permitting.
